Welcome to HRLearns! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HRLearns website and services (collectively, "Services"), and any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as "Content"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Our Service
HRLearns provides a range of services for HR professionals, including but not limited to webinars, training materials, and forums. You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
2. Registration
You may need to register to use parts of our Services. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Content

Our Content: The materials displayed or performed on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, data, articles, photos, images, illustrations, and so forth, are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to HRLearns. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit this Content without our express prior written permission.

User Content: You may post or upload user-generated content, provided it does not infringe on the rights of others. You grant HRLearns a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your user content on HRLearns solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using the HRLearns Services.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping.”

Using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Services.

Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.

Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services.

Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
5. Modifications to the Service and Prices
HRLearns reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the HRLearns site or the Service itself.
6. Termination
You agree that HRLearns, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for any reason at any time without notice and without liability.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State/Country in which HRLearns is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
